You will be introduced to various fitness and personal training techniques including: Kick Boxing, Boxing, Circuit Training, Various resistance training, Core strength training and various body weight exercises, all designed to help you lose weight fast, and get fit and healthy, in a safe, enjoyable and natural manner.

You can train at home, in a park, a regular gym or private studio
