Personal Training
After having a consultation, we can start to develop a routine that will work for you and get the results you want in the best time possible. This will involve a diet plan and activity plan outside of your training time with me. While training I will make sure you are happy, comfortable and still making progress in the right way.
My sole purpose as your trainer, is to help you achieve your goals quickly and in the most comfortable and enjoyable way possible.
It can be a long and sometimes challenging journey but I’m here to help you every step of the way. I have enjoyed living a healthy lifestyle for as long as I can remember and I want to help you feel the benefits of that too.
Training with me will involve working hard, having fun and sticking with it until you reach your goals.
You will get hot and sweaty, your muscles may ache after we train but you will achieve your goals and start to look and feel fantastic.
Before we train we will go through the things you like and dislike doing and only do the things you are happy to do, I won’t make you do anything you aren’t completely happy with and won’t make you feel bad if you can’t do anything, I am not a drill Sargent!
