Weight loss is not always the goal of my clients. Some actually want to gain weight! But this weight gain is in the form of muscle rather than fat.

Using a combination of muscle building strategies including body weight, free weight and resistance machines, you can gradually increase the size and strength of your muscles. Time is the key factor. A muscular build is not forged overnight, and will in most cases take several years.
